Techniques To Keep Up High Vibrations

As lot of you have been asking about how to maintain up the high vibrations, today, I would like to share some of the knowledge that is instructed by Abraham & Hicks, however maintain in mind that our responsibility is to turn around those momentary feelings that bring us down and make sure to be ready for a world of possibilities and abundance as quickly as we learn to align our vibrations to those of our hearth really desires.
Now that you understand the power of “feeling good” here it is a listing with 3 techniques you can use to improve your positive vibrations:
1. Meditate (Meditación). Preferably, meditate first thing in the morning, after you have shower and with your empty stomach, still if you cannot make it, any time, moment and place is always good, meditation is an outstanding way to center your self and find a guide for those thoughts that you have had in your mind. In addition, you will feel a boost of energy for the day.
2. Use Statements (Música para Relajarse). Find statements that make you feel great, that echo within you … and with them use the magical power of repetition; it is an infallible method to reprogram your subconscious mind.
3. Make you Mandala and/or Goal Table (Meditaciones Guiadas). This simple and enjoyable tool has extraordinary power to keep us motivated. It reminds us our dreams and these images are potent messages that go directly to our subconscious mind.
Now, if you use one of these three strategies is superb, but if you use them all… Get prepared to speed up your outcomes!
