Tap Yourself Into Alignment

Stress is energy. Although, stress is negative energy. Stress is the feeling we encounter when our brains send out instructions that follow with an emotional reaction (perhaps anxiety, sadness, or anger), a perception, or a behavior that isn’t appropriate for whatever is happening. By not appropriate I mean, “the fight or flight mechanism is triggered and there isn’t a saber-toothed tiger after you. Nobody is pointing a gun at your head. But the chemicals run regardless.
By reaching or tapping meridian points, “the ancient practice of Acupuncture, we can start to dissipate the stress“ so it doesn’t accumulate in the body. It begins to eliminate the negativity in your vibration so we can become more attractive, or more in alignment with our desires. Now I’ll teach you an extremely effective energy tool. It is named Temporal Tapping.
The left hemisphere of the brain is more critical thinking and prone to questioning… so we bypass the critical mindset by tapping a sentence phrased in the negative. Such as… “I am not anxious anymore about my job security”.
Starting on the left end of your head at your temple. Tap with three fingers of your left hand, tap at the temple, making your way to behind your ear. Make firm contact and a bit of a bounce around the back of the ear when you reach the base of your head. You can manifest Law of Attraction Relationships right now and increase your level of positive energy!
Tap and voice the sentence with the negative affirmation 5 times on the Left side and then we’ll repeat the technique on the right hemisphere with the positive phrase. “I no longer feel anxiety about my job security.”
The right hemisphere of the brain is more willing to accept things and to “go with it”. You do the same function, but this time beginning at the right temple and around the right ear. And say while tapping: “I’m a highly important employee. What I contribute is recognized by my job.”
If you consistently use this technique you will dissipate a lot of emotional and stressful charges extremely easily. Try it as much as you can. I know you’ll love the results.
