Can you remember the time when your kid starts to discover how to walk? And because they dont understand us neither we understand them, we let them do what they would like to do. Theyd reach out their arms to find something to hang on to and take that step. Its a gigantic step for them and tiny step for us.

Everyone starts to learn that way. We try and do things, lots of things, in a trial and error type of learning. Our children dont know that they are going to get hurt when they take their initial step. It is the adults who are saying , If you do that, youll get hurt. As adults, we might say, I do not need my child to experience what I have experienced in my childhood days. I know we have all got reasons which explain why we tell our children the words stop and dont. Were a child, a sister, a brother and now a mother and a daddy.

As an adult, we still have some fear of whether we would fail with what were doing or not fail. Its a 50-50 chance and occasionally, we just quit even if were just pondering doing something.

One basic thing in learning is the explanation behind why were actually learning. The idea of Whats in it for me? If we do this every time we would like to learn something then it might be simpler to answer with, Yes, Im going to learn this.

Almost all of the times, when decisions are pre-empted with us pondering failing it would at once make us say no. But if we think of the benefits were getting with this new learning we would end up saying yes.

Another basic thing in learning is celebrating whenever we achieved a goal. A good example of this is taking up Law and wanting to become a lawyer. Passing the licensure examinations would be a good reason to celebrate. Getting a masters degree is another good reason to celebrate. Understanding how to setup a WordPress blog is a good reason to celebrate. Whether or not it is a big reason or a tiny reason, you’ve got to celebrate because celebrating will give you a sense of accomplishment, confidence and motivation to move on to the following step.

The last thing about basics in speed learning is the attitude. Most experts would describe this as the, This is it! attitude. Again, if we repeat this to ourselves it gives us the confidence and motivation that, yes, you can do it.

Dont forget, youll never get there if you dont start from the basic and always remember the basics of learning it can basically help you in anything you do.
