Every person has a powerful mind, but most us just do not believe it. It has been proven through research that humans use only 10% of the mind power of their brain. That is crazy. That means that we only focus on the simple things. This is part of the reason that we have trouble in life. We think negative thoughts because we do not believe that the positive can happen. We just continue to attract negativity. The reality is that when we think that way then it will happen.
Your mind is the filter through which you see the real world; what you perceive and make yourself aware of is what you act upon. I apologize if you haven’t seen this movie before, but trust me, I didn’t really give that much away. However, you must train it to change your life for the better, not for worse.
Most studies have shown at least some of what is called the ‘placebo effect.’ That is, at least some of the people in the placebo group have shown ‘effects’ from the ‘drug,’ even though they’ve actually gotten a placebo. That is, their subconscious minds decided that they had gotten the drug and produced some of the same benefits and side effects as they were told the actual medication would give them. Simply, these patients believed they had gotten the medication, so their subconscious minds produced the medication’s effects to at least some degree.
Or, let’s take another example. Perhaps you’ve gone to the doctor to get a medication for something that’s wrong with you. You may have noticed that although a doctor will tell you what the side effects are, he or she will usually minimize them to at least some extent. That’s because it’s been shown that patients will often exaggerate the side effects in their own minds (or become the small percentage that actually experiences severe side effects), and actually begin to experience those side effects as a sort of ‘negative self-fulfilling prophecy.’ Doctors don’t want that to happen, so although they are beholden by law to tell you what side effects are, they don’t exaggerate them specifically because they don’t want patients to create side effects.
It’s most commonly known as the power of suggestion, but if you take it one step further, you will unleash unlimited amounts of potential. In order to do this you have to combine the POS with the power of the subconscious mind. Look at someone like Donald Trump or Bill Gates and tell us they don’t use their subconscious mind. It’s the first step to a positive snowball effect that will change your life in the best way possible.
You can use visualization to change the way you see things, too. Visualization is a very simple technique that really, really works. You can do this in a couple of different ways. Number one, close your eyes and visualize in your mind’s eye what you want, seeing it as though it were right there in front of you.
Another way to visualize that’s very effective, as well as with the first technique, is to create a physical picture of what you want. For example, if you want a new car, you can find a picture of the car you want in a magazine or something similar. Put that picture on your refrigerator so that you see it several times a day. Or, better yet, have a friend take a picture of you standing next to that car. As you see that picture of you standing next to that car over and over again, it eventually becomes imprinted on your subconscious mind that you are to have that car, and you eventually will have it as a reality.
These traits have withstood the test of time and are only being recognized more so today. It’s been thousands of years since ancient religions continuously trained their subconscious mind and opened up the power behind it. Hopefully we will continue to embrace the positive effects it can have on our lives as a society.

This is an unbelievable idea but there is mounting evidence to suggest that you create your own reality by manipulating the energy which creates matter. You mind does not react and respond to reality. It is your mind that has actually created that reality.
Can you imagine if you were able to go from a 9 to 5 job making – an hour, to something that doubled your paychecks? It’s possible, but it all starts with you. Just remember to place these affirmations around your home, work, car, wallet, purse, or anywhere you will see it several times throughout the day.
