More specifically, the more successful he became as a purchasing agent, the more heavily he began to drink.

It can be stressed that Stanley also learned that none of his existing vendors or potential vendors thought any less of him because of his non-alcoholic lifestyle. Instead, he found out that his potential vendors and existing vendors respected him for staying strong to his convictions.
After Stanley went through alcohol rehabilitation, however, he learned that he was a person who, for whatever reason, couldn’t drink in moderation. In fact he learned the hard way that if he said “no” to drinking, all of the other meaningful parts of his life would be enhanced. Every once-in-a-while, Stanley missed drinking, but the better work performance, health, finances, and the better relationships he experienced more than compensated for his love of drinking.
Think Abundance, Think Win/Win

My father always says one thing when it comes to lessons for business or life in general – if you want to have all the money in a deal, you wont have many deals! The point that he was making is exactly similar to what Covey teaches us as habit # 4 of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Habit#4 – Think Win/Win
We’ve all heard of it. The idea is simple (as all good ideas are): entering a relationship with someone? Think win/win. Think how you AND your prospective partner can BOTH win.
Very simple.Isn’t it? But actual point is, do we LIVE it?
Do we approach relationships (business or intimate) with a true desire to see the other person “win”? Or, are we focused on win/lose relationships where we’re more concerned about “winning”/being right/getting the better end of the deal. (OR, are we in LOSE/win situations where we’re showing up weakly and losing while the other wins?!)
The take away message that I find here is let’s think about how we can truly create win/win energy in our lives.
Before I end this post, here’s some food for thought for you. What’s one relationship you need to spend more time thinking win/win about? And, what are you going to do about it? And more importantly when would you be doing it? Today, tomorrow…? I say, the sooner the better!

Can that be possible? Yes it can be, you got to be in a manifesting state, your mind, your body is one, not two. The flow of energy that is rotating in the universe can break you if you are not going in the right direction. You must follow the law of the universe, and be happy. Do not worry about what is happening, but accept it and act toward a positive trend if it can be done, but never stay without acting when the bad situation, the non lucky time frame is falling on you, this is definitivly a law of the universe, and it will happen again and again, you got to do something, but the thing that will put you on the right track… You must understand that; be careful, the universe can’ t be redirected, rather you should follow the same direction, and profit from the tremendous flow of vital energy coming from the six directions.
Good force are there, but you must know how to avoid the bad forces. Although the positive forces are stronger, it is easy to fall in the wrong wave, and quite difficult to focus and stay on the right way. So how can you be positive all the time, you think: nobody can do that. No, lots of people do it, what is the difference between them? Two kind of people: The sleeping, and the awake. It is not the real sleep here, you should understand what the sleeper is: in fact, he is awake like everybody, so why is he a sleeper? Just look around you, and try to find out: is that man awake or he is a sleeper? Do that exercise, and you will be astonished with the results, you will be able to feel people, to feel the energy, like you feel the wind touch on your skin.

4 Guiding Questions To Abundance
The Big Leap is a book talking about beyond what Gay Hendricks, the author of the book, calls our ” Upper Limits ” as we learn to live in our ” Zone of Genius ” – a place where time flows and we expand in abundance, success and love every day as we inspire those around us to do the same. We create this positive field of energy around us which draw attention of the like minded positive people and help them live their life in their genius zone.
Gay Hendricks opens the book by asking us four questions
- “Am I willing to increase the amount of time every day that I feel good inside?”
- “Am I willing to increase the amount of time that my whole life goes well?”
- “Am I willing to feel good and have my life go well all the time?”
- “Are you willing to take the Big Leap to your ultimate level of success in love, money, and creative contribution?”
Isn’t it a little strange how we seems to have this notion that we have a built-in of our capabilities to experience joy, success, love and abundance. Most of the time you must have realized that the factors affecting the situation are within us, as compared to our usual belief of the external factors influencing it all. The only thing restricting us from achieving anything that we want is us!
These four questions might seem easy to answer at first sight, but their real purpose is to make you realize whether we are truly living the life that we always envisioned for ourselves.

Off course we all would answer “Yes” to this question. But wait a second. Yes, we are willing to feel good and our life go well all the time. We all do. But how many of us are actually able to pull it off. We end up complaining about the situation, time, people and the list goes on..
The Big Leap, over here in the literal sense means that leap towards a better life which we have always been thinking about, aspiring all the time but never had the chance/guts to do it. This books will make you think about your priorities in life and will give you the strength to go ahead and take it.
Break Free, Take a BIG Leap

I recently stumbled upon this awesome book by Gay Hendricks. Its called The Big Leap. During the course of my reading, I was confronted with 3 pivotal questions which intrigued me the most. Before you proceed further, I want you to take moment to answer these questions with all honesty.
- Have you ever been in a situation when your ready to take the big leap of your life, you gee held back by the negativity within you?
- Do you have a notion that at last when you feel content and satisfied with you lives, all of a sudden, a spur of negative emotions just overwhelm you?
- Have you ever felt that you finally feel satisfied with your relationship, out of the blue comes the negative emotions that overtake you and result in destructive behaviors?
We all have gone through a phases when thoughts such as “I’m not deserving enough” “This is too good for me” “Am I worthy enough for this?” keeps us away from experiencing the true joy and contentment we have earned. Sound familiar, doesn’t it?! This is what Gay Hendricks, the best selling author of The Big Leap, calls the Upper Limit Problem.
According to Gay, it is a spur of negative emotions that arise when anything positive enters our lives. The Upper Limit Problem not only prevents us from experiencing true happiness, but also actually stops us from accomplishing our goals and targets. For most of us it is the penultimate life bottleneck.
Here’s a quote by Gay Hendricks form The Big Leap “When you’re ‘Upper- Limiting,’ you’re doing something that is crimping your flow of positive energy. Fortunately, there are not very many ways we Upper-Limit ourselves.”
The Big Leap talks about overcoming the barrier to happiness and fulfillment in a very simple to understand and engaging manner.Our true potential gets shadowed becasue of the four hidden fears that are the root casue of the Upper Limit Problem.
Stress Relief Advice
In this article I write about how we need to chill out, relax and to live a stress-free life. For many years I did not live life this way and found myself constantly worrying about what other people thought of me.
I lived life like this for quite a long time and was basically being a fool as I was often depressed. This was due to the fact that I had a stutter and despite attending stammering treatments on a regular basis I was unable to find a solution. Years later I did manage to stop stammering, after a lot of hard work and with the help of a seventy minute self-help DVD.
In my quest to improve my life I started to read literature about stress management, how to eradicate depression as well as how to gain in confidence. I was now twenty-two years of age and had achieved very little in life up to this point. I happened to come accross the letters page of one particular magazine and started to read a letter which had been written by an elderly lady. It was quite a funny letter and she wrote about how she loved being old. She continued by stating that she now gets out of bed at a time which suits her and even stays in bed for the whole day on occasions. She really does not worry about what any one thinks of her anymore. She no longer attends any type of function or get together unless she really wants to and can quite happily turn down social invites without the slightest feeling of guilt. She wrote that for the first time in her life she does not care at all what people think of her and lives life doing exactly what she wants to do.
I thought about what she had written and realised that I also felt trapped. I did not want to wait until I was in my seventies to be set free, I wanted freedom now. I had to change my attitude to life and I decided to stop trying so hard.
I believe that I am a good human being; I try to do right by the people that I meet; I am honest and caring and try to live life in the right way. I actually for the first time in my life, quite like myself, therefore if other people choose not to, that is fine by me.
My new found positive attitude has helped me in many different ways including in my business life where I sell front doors. I am now a fully contented and happy person and it is in part down to reading that old woman’s inspirational letter.
A Young Male Hits The Bottom of the Barrel in Life, Rises Above His Depression, Gets Alcohol Therapy for His Excessive Drinking, and Enhances His Self Worth
Samuel was a forty-year-old accounts payable manager who was tired of feeling depressed on a daily basis and sick of his careless drinking behavior. In a word, he was angry with himself for spending his hard-earned money on a worthless habit, he was sick of feeling lethargic every morning, he was tired of going through broken relationship after broken relationship due to his abusive drinking, he missed his old enthusiasm for doing various things he enjoyed, and he hated the hangovers he went through on a recurring basis.
