Thinking In An Upbeat Manner

For those of you who feel like you are some what stuck in a rut this article may well inspire you to greater things. I was also, up until two years ago, in a state of limbo seemingly unable to achieve success or to think in a positive manner. But then it all changed with the help of psychic readers.
I am not entirely sure why, perhaps it is in my genes, but I have always been one of life’s worriers. I would worry about seemingly everything including the future, relationships and financial matters. Despite many people advising me that stressing and worrying about things only makes them worse I continued to think in a negative manner.
I was then invited, by one of my best friends, to attend a live psychic readings event. To say that I was rather hesitant to attend would have been a huge understatement, this was my way back then. I could not see the point in attending believing it would be a waste of time. Fortunately the friend in question is a person who does not take no for an answer and I therefore had very little choice but to attend. And boy I am very happy that I did.
It truly was an inspirational evening and one that I will never ever forget. I would even go as far to say that it could well be one evening that has changed my life.
I have now changed my whole approach to life – I think in a much more positive manner and I now have a “can do” attitude rather than “I can’t”. I also no longer accept second best in life and I also work extremely hard to achieve my goals.
I have now become a much more successful as well as happy person and I would recommend other people to think in this more upbeat way.
Think Positive To Have A Positive Life
I am a person who has often felt unhappy with the hand of cards that I have been dealt; especially when going through the teenage years. Many people commented at how down and depressed I often would be.
You may be wondering what my troubles were. I developed a speech impediment when I was just a young boy. Stuttering put a huge dent in my confidence and made me withdraw into my shell.
I had a weight problem which was mainly caused by comfort eating when I was depressed. For whatever reason I have a small area on my scalp, the size of a small coin, where I am basically bald – this has been the source of amusement for many of my work class mates and work colleagues in the past. I was always the shortest person in the class and for a male I am well below the average height at five-foot four. I have struggled in my career originally working in a pgd clinic however I am now doing well selling external doors.
At the age of eighteen, I was having a conversation with one of friends who is called John. John was one of the people I had always been jealous of for many different reasons. On this particular evening we were both fairly drunk and John had became quite emotional. During our conversation he told me that his father was an alcoholic and that at certain times when he arrived home worse for wear that he would hit his mom. He was very worried about this and was not sure what to do.
I have learnt that we all have problems and that in most cases there is always people worse off than ourselves. I now try to think in a much more positive way and am very happy with the cards I have been dealt.
