		<description>set a goal.  whether you want to lose weight, or run a marathon,  if you have something to look forward to,  you will be much more motivated. In the fall I train for ski season, in the winter I train for a triathalon in the spring.  in the summer I ride my road bike with guys much better than me,  and I ride hard to keep up,  Find something a few months off and shoot for it .  

Then,  I know if I am trimmer,  the goal will be that much easier to obtain.  That helps me control my caloretic intake.   I take my goals a day at a time and make them small. 		<description>I&#039;m the exact same way. You HAVE to push yourself. For me? I keep a bottle of sun tanning lotion in my room and car.. when I get the urge to eat something fattening or when I don&#039;t feel like working out? I spray a little on my skin so I can smell it, then I think of how hot I&#039;ll look in that bikini on the beach! So I don&#039;t eat the food, and I go workout. Sounds crazy, but it motivates me.
