Also, I wouldnt worry about the scale. Its more important to lose bodyfat than weight. For example, after 2 months if it says you only lost 5 pounds, dont be discouraged. It could very well mean you lost 15 pounds and put on 10 pounds of muscle, which is much better.


you’ll have a better chance of living longer? u should look into the mirror and get motivation.
also do you have exercise equipment at home? i find one of the best ways to work out is to go outside and walk/jog around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i needed to loose 10 pounds for a trip to cancun and trust me it was hard because i loveddd loved the grasy fattning foodd.. yummm but what i did was got a poster that i had from a long time ago and got random pictures from magazines and glued them on there and put it on my wall.. very motivating when i was in my room all bored…
another thing you can do that can resist you from going to the refrigerator and getting fattning food is get a picture from the magazine and post it to your refrigerator so them ur encouraged to look like that person and not want to gain any more weight…
