What are some good self motivation practices?
I lose out on things because I can’t be bothered doing what it takes to get there. It’s a real problem with me.
Try to focus on something healthy like jogging, studying, cooking, reading. Keeping a journal also helps.

They say that writing down your goals and the steps it will take to achieve them is a good practice. I know just the act of writing goals down makes them more real and I end up trying harder to achieve them. Maybe your goal right now is to just relax??

I find the best thing for me is to "just do it". dont put things off till tomorro that you could do today, and things start to happen for you. Dont let fatigue or laziness prevent you from doing anything. I hope thats the type of answer you are looking for.
