		<description>well i think it depends on you and what motivates you. There is no one answer. for instance for me this week. I promised myself i would work out 5 days this week (im not going to lie usually its 3 max). Well this morning i was really stiff and making excuses on why i shouldn&#039;t go to pilates. I talk to myself in my head about how much of a &quot;girl&quot; im being and if i cant workout 5 days in a rrow im not as &quot;hard&#039; as i think  i am.
