i want to lose weight but cant stik to diets and working out..help with self motivation?
idk i want it but i like need a coach i gained 45 lbs in 1 yr. i wanna lose it off before school…HELP!? i was thinkin of that 6week total body make over..i cud careless bout my thighs but i want stomach..double chin..arms and calves to be skinny again
The way that I did it was to have a goal and make a plan. Write it down and track it. Make it real! It focused me on the job.

Sorry but you have to exercise. At least exercise three times a week. I won’t ask you to diet but I think you should eat one apple a day. It’s fiber will help you keep your bowls moving. It’s important that you clean your colon if you wanna lose the tummy.Also, coconut oil helps keep the food craving at bay. Drink two taplespoons in the morning with warm water.
Also if you exercise with an empty stomach, you’ll loose weight more rapidly.
