How to increase personnel self-motivation towards life, career and ways to handle things? How to increase self-confidence and catch any opportunity to success…???

You are in charge of yourself so you are the only one that can do it. Start with self confidence. I’ll bet you have accomplished a few things in your life that you are proud of, haven’t you? Can you do the same with other things? Try it, start with something small. Do your best at it and see how it comes out. If it comes out well, try something a little harder and keep building on your successes. You will fail at things too. Use those failures as an opportunity to learn. Figure out what went wrong, why you failed and try again. You will overcome the obstacle and succeede if you really want too.

What do you want in life and why? Success isn’t always about money and nice cars. It may be about personal satisfaction and doing something you enjoy or something that helps others. The point is it has to be something you belive in and something that makes you feel good about doing it. If it meets that criteria the motivation is simple, you enjoy it and do it because you want too.

Take me for instance. I enjoy figuring out computers so I am good at it. That’s why I own a computer service company. If I didn’t enjoy it I wouldn’t be good at it so would need to find something else to work at.

Last thing, we all have failures and we all have our share of pain in life. But you can’t hide under the table for the rest of your life just because something went wrong or something bad happened. Get up and try again. If you stumble again, get up and do it again. The only losers in this world are the ones that don’t try. Those that keep trying always win eventually.
