1) Be aware. Be open. Be willing to strrrrrrrrretch.
2) Explore your belief system. Ask, “How did I get to be who I am?” The first place to look is with your primary role models—your parents.
3) Evaluate which ones work for you and which ones sabotage your happiness. Delete the ones that no longer serve you.
4) Create new ones that support your dreams and passions.
5) Consciously choose to shift from fear and doubt to love and trust.
6) Observe your life. Notice without judgment.
7) Take total responsibility for your life and be aware if you respond to people and circumstances, or react to them. The only place of power is in responsibility. Giving up being a victim is a priority!
8) Experiment in taking one full waking day to appreciate everything that happens to you, and I mean everything.
9) Resist not. Allow instead.
10) Express to others how they make a difference in your life. Be grateful for it all.
I don't know about good or fun read but this might help you get on the right track to finding something.
References :
http://www.theattitudedoc.com/
