		<description>I think it&#039;s a great idea, but I also think it&#039;s going to be very difficult to get any grant or funding right now.

I would say that talking to local schools, and other community organizations would be the best way to get something going. Many community colleges and universities have no profit ties so they may be a good place to look as well.
