I do think though that self esteem dictates how positive we are or can be. Improve your self esteem and everything will get better...Do you agree with me?</description>

2.  Realise that your negative thoughts are weak and powerless, it litreally takes you WEEKS of straight worrying to manifest something bad.

3. Deliberate Creation.  State your intent to create a life you can be proud of.  Decide to change your attitude NOW and start by appreciating everything you have around you.
