howc an I change my way of thinking and be positive?

I really want to be positive and make my drems come true .But my thought process retards me from my targets. So i want to change my thinking process.

You are the same as me.Read books, especially thoughts that inspire you. Bath in hot water,go for a drive and listen to soothing music.This will help you.

If winter comes, spring cannot be far away.

    Read the book "You can Heal your Health" by Donna Hay – you might find this book interesting.

    Just do fun stuff and lead a happy life – this will make you more confident and positive and therefore be more able to focus.
    Go out more and spend money on trips, concerts, muesums etc (get a part time job to help finance this if you have no income). If you are having a lot of fun you will become physically and mentally healthier. You will feel better and be better and more focused.

    YOU SHOULD SIT DOWN, EXHALE, AND PRAY TO GOD TO GIVE YOU THE STRENGTH TO BE ABLE TO CLEAR YOUR MIND AND ALL NEGATIVE THINGS FROM YOUR LIFE, THEN YOU NEED TO WRITE DOWN ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH, AND ONLY HANG AROUND POSITIVE PEOPLE. I HOPE THIS HELPS!!

    Changing yourself is the most real change that one can make. It is difficult yet the most rewarding experience that you can do. Your willingness to change is a strength. However, I can see from your typos that you need to work on detail. ‘Thinking positive’ is often used as a euphemism for putting spin on something undesirable. Real thinking is about being honest and open-minded, whether the results are positive or negative is hard to say.

    Education and compassion are two of the main roads toward opening your mind up and freeing yourself to pursue your dreams. Literature, music and art contain a lot of the building blocks. Expose yourself to as many different ways of thinking as you can and then choose what is right for you. If you don’t know where to start, I would recommend ‘The Art of Happiness’ by the Dalai Lama.

    Don’t lose your desire to grow but also be true to yourself. Don’t be in a big hurry. Self-improvement takes time. Its the journey that matters and not necessarily the destination.

    Determining the cause of your "attitude" can make a difference b/c then you can make one or 2 small changes and everything looks up.
    Sometimes just changing the people you hang out with, the crap you listen to, and your diet/activity level will be all one needs to improve their outlook. Other people need more outdoor time w/ natural light to relax enough to find peace. Joining/starting a club can be a HUGE improvement for people b/c it provides constructive activities that stimulate for a "bored" mind, an empowering community of people to associate with, something that keeps you motived to contenue on personal goals of self improvement, and a little prestige/career advancement.
