how to keep positive thinking?
First of all most important thing is do not wait for something positive to happen to keep positive thinking. When you think positive your aura is charged with positivity and u start attracting positive ppl and things and situations. Whenever something happens look at its positive side. refrain from going into negativity if u want positive things to happen to u. Watever happens, happens for ur best. So be positive and have faith in urself.


my way for positive thinking is to not give a damn of what other people think of you, and show it to them. negative thought is bad and makes your problems even worse, and you may quit and not believe in yourself anymore. play sports at least every 2 days to keep your self confidence.

Just think positive. I have never tried any thing other then that. I never get any negative thinking. A simple solution is to do the following:-
Do the following:
Do not sleep for at least 2 hours after a meal. This is most important.
Week 1
Drink 3 glasses of water before each meal. So total should be 9 glasses a day. Stop all other liquids.
For example if you take lunch at 2.00 pm, take 1 glass each at 12.30, 1.00 and 1.30 pm. Some deviations from suggested times are ok.
Do not drink water after 7 PM.
Week 2
Reduce water intake to 6 glasses day. 2 Glasses before each meal.
Week 3
Reduce water intake to 3 glasses day. 1 Glasses before each meal.
Week 4
Drink 1 glass of water in the entire day.
week 5
Repeat week 3 and week 4 again and again.

What I do is whatever thing happens try to pull out positive things from it even the situation is negative try to see what is the positive point in that and say Ok this the positive thing which happended to me and thats why such situation arises.
Whatever work you do or you think just see positive and have confidence so that whatever you think you can be positive in it…………..
In short just like every human being who have positive n negative it thier self, every thing, every circumstances, every situation has +ve and -ve in it so keep the +ve and discard -ve………..coz evey coin has two sides …………….you select on which side you want to be
