positive thoughts will do more than doing it,, positive thinking is the biggest part,, thoughts turn into things, everything in Your life are a result of what your thoughts and beliefs have attracted to you

    i didnt really get …
i didnt really get the impression that people were saying you can “think yourself thin” without getting of your arse and doing any work…what i got was that we all need to be more respectful of how powerful our minds are. believing that you can do it is a HUGE part of succeeding at weightloss and lots of us are so mired in self-hatred when we embark on this journey that we forget the influence our minds can have on our outcomes…

I get all of it and how it works. And I know it’s beyond it. I just wish I was ready to make bigger risks. I started to loose weight by positive thinking but just because I was an emotional eater and now since I’m happy and living a better life I don’t need food to comfort me so I stopped eating. I am planing on going to the gym and everything so yeah. I need to loose the weight the right way and forever so it doesn’t come back like it did the last tine. great video.

I’ve begun power walks/jog, light resistance training, and healthy changed my nutrition. I have yet to see the scale budge and it’s been ONE month:(

  7. sushicatny says:

I think that is was abundantly clear that Greggers was saying that action begins with thought…
If you can keep the mindset that you are moving toward a healthy lifestyle, your behavior will reflect this.

Postive thinking is a start, it helps you focus… But “Positive Action” (Regular exercise, change in diet, lifestyle changes and an honest belief that you can and will change). is the think that counts!
