Discover The Secret Law Of Attraction

A new way of thinking has been sweeping the nation for the past few years. Called the ‘law of attraction‘, it has caused people to feel more confident and to go searching for their goals with a heightened sense of purpose.

This new thought process is not out of your grasp; in fact it helps to bring anything you want within your grasp. This type of thinking is based on a philosophy espoused by Abraham Hicks called the secret law of attraction.

Your mind is actually a very powerful tool for achieving your goals. Perhaps you were told to visualize the ball going into the basket when you were learning to shoot free throws. This in its simplest form is the law of attraction.

You may have also heard the old adage: ‘If you dream it, you can achieve it.’ Both of these techniques are completely legitimate, but they only touch the surface of the much larger concept of the universal law of attraction.

If you are planning on making the law of attraction work for you, you need to train your mind to use it. The first step in your training is to have only positive thoughts. This is actually more difficult than it sounds. You need to take all the doubts and secret fears you hold in the back of your mind and sweep them clean away.

In order to create a positive energy field, you must think only positive thoughts. This means not only positive thoughts about others, but also positive thoughts about yourself. We are our own best critics. It is important that you are able to look at yourself in the mirror and honestly be able to say: ‘I like me’ and really mean it.

Within the universe like objects are often attracted to other like objects. So if you want to pull all kinds of positive energy toward yourself, you need to train your mind to become a positive magnet. This means that only good thoughts and emotions should be coming out of you. Retraining yourself to be a truly positive person takes some work. Most of us use cynicism as a shield against the hardships of daily life.

We crack self-deprecating jokes and don’t set our expectations too high so that we won’t get disappointed. However, if we can learn to release all of our doubts and fears and only view ourselves in a positive light, then the sky’s the limit.

Take some time every day, say at least twenty minutes, to sit still and concentrate on what a good person you are. It may take one or many months, but eventually you will believe it.

Once good things start happening to you because of the law of attraction, it becomes a virtuous loop. You feel good about yourself, so more good things happen to you. This, in turn, boosts your self-esteem so that even more good things happen to you.

All you need to do is take the first step of seeing yourself in a positive light and you can let the law of attraction start working for you today.
