Step 1: Look Around

It is true mediation is easier said than done. Sitting down and thinking of nothing is not as simple as some assume but with concentrated power. Using distractions are two ways to overcome such problems and two of the most popular forms of distractions are focus and mantra.

Remember, when you try and meditate your senses distract you. All sounds and feelings will distract you if given enough power. Shutting down one�s senses is too difficult and that is why it is better to focus on something instead. Looking at a flickering candle flame is one such option since it will control your focus. Yes, this is a simple strategy but it works.

It is also not necessary to shut down the thoughts in our conscious mind. Instead, we can occupy our thoughts with a mantra. A mantra can be a phrase, saying, or song that we concentrate on. As long as it is something you know by heart, you can use the saying as a mantra. Some people pray the rosary as they meditate? The endless string of memorized Hail Marys occupies their conscious mind perfectly.

Step 3: Trust Yourself

In order to develop your clairvoyance you must trust your instincts. Never dismiss your feelings or try to second-guess yourself, while telling yourself that they hold no logical sense. Your instincts are important, since this is your subconscious mind showing you something that your conscious mind has dismissed.

This is not going to be easy, but the ore you listen and the more you trust your instincts, the better of you are going to be. You can encourage and nurture your sixth sense into developing and maturing.

Ask yourself why you want that amount of money. What will it solve? What would it change? What would you buy or invest in or donate?

Reality Check – Manifesting money doesn’t always mean it will miraculously turn up in your bank account as thought by magic. This isn’t how manifesting works. You need to have the belief that the money is on its way to you and you also need to believe you’re worthy to receive it. When these thoughts and beliefs are solid, a way will open to you, an inspired thought or idea that will give you the steps you need to give you the exact things you wanted.

Though you might have dreams, dreams are all they’ll be unless you learn to manifest money The best part about it however, is that it’s a lot easer than you think.

How To Stop Stressing

I am a person who used to stress in a big way. At one point a work colleague made a comment that he thought that I walked around with the weight of the world’s problems on my shoulders. Things though had to and were about to change.

I then went about reading lots of books about mind over matter and positive thinking.

Panicking and fretting about any given task does in no way make it any easier. In fact it makes it a whole lot worse. The important thing to remember is that in life all you can do is try your best. When a negative thought or worry enters your head you need to immediately ignore it and to change your thought processes into thinking about something which makes you happy or smile. You have to treat these demons as your worst enemy and fight them away. Treat it like a war and be determined not to let them win the battle of minds.

I had always been a worrier; this is something that commenced in childhood probably due to the fact that I had a stutter. I did attend stuttering treatment however I only managed to overcome my stuttering problem when I was aged twenty-two after watching a seventy minute self-help therapy DVD which I bought from The How To Stop Stuttering Centre in Birmingham, England.

I also learned to become a much more care-free person and I also now appreciate what I have in life rather than worrying about what I do not have.

These things have helped to improve my life in a big way; as an example I am now a successful business man selling composite doors and I also offer a professional DVD authoring service.

I hope the above stress-relief tips help other people as much as they have helped me.

Is Subconscious Mind Power really Natural?

Long ago there was a movie called Field of Dreams, which starred Kevin Costner. He was a farmer in the middle of Iowa trying to make a living during a difficult period. One day while riding his tractor, a voice said, ‘If you build it they will come.’ He glanced around for a bit, and then went about his business until it happened again. This voice was actually his subconscious mind.

Through understanding how your own subconscious mind power works you will be able to change every aspect of your life that you are unhappy with. The power of your mind is amazing. There are no limits to what you can achieve if you are able to take control of this power.

I apologize if you haven’t seen this movie before, but trust me, I didn’t really give that much away. It’s a great feel good story and one that can teach us a valuable lesson about subconscious mind power. If you truly believe in what it tells you, then it will happen. However, you must train it to change your life for the better, not for worse.

Most studies have shown at least some of what is called the ‘placebo effect.’ That is, at least some of the people in the placebo group have shown ‘effects’ from the ‘drug,’ even though they’ve actually gotten a placebo. That is, their subconscious minds decided that they had gotten the drug and produced some of the same benefits and side effects as they were told the actual medication would give them. Simply, these patients believed they had gotten the medication, so their subconscious minds produced the medication’s effects to at least some degree.

Or, let’s take another example. Perhaps you’ve gone to the doctor to get a medication for something that’s wrong with you. You may have noticed that although a doctor will tell you what the side effects are, he or she will usually minimize them to at least some extent. That’s because it’s been shown that patients will often exaggerate the side effects in their own minds (or become the small percentage that actually experiences severe side effects), and actually begin to experience those side effects as a sort of ‘negative self-fulfilling prophecy.’ Doctors don’t want that to happen, so although they are beholden by law to tell you what side effects are, they don’t exaggerate them specifically because they don’t want patients to create side effects.

It’s most commonly known as the power of suggestion, but if you take it one step further, you will unleash unlimited amounts of potential. In order to do this you have to combine the POS with the power of the subconscious mind. Look at someone like Donald Trump or Bill Gates and tell us they don’t use their subconscious mind. It’s the first step to a positive snowball effect that will change your life in the best way possible.

You can use visualization to change the way you see things, too. Visualization is a very simple technique that really, really works. You can do this in a couple of different ways. Number one, close your eyes and visualize in your mind’s eye what you want, seeing it as though it were right there in front of you.

Another way to visualize that’s very effective, as well as with the first technique, is to create a physical picture of what you want. For example, if you want a new car, you can find a picture of the car you want in a magazine or something similar. Put that picture on your refrigerator so that you see it several times a day. Or, better yet, have a friend take a picture of you standing next to that car. As you see that picture of you standing next to that car over and over again, it eventually becomes imprinted on your subconscious mind that you are to have that car, and you eventually will have it as a reality.

These traits have withstood the test of time and are only being recognized more so today. It’s been thousands of years since ancient religions continuously trained their subconscious mind and opened up the power behind it. Hopefully we will continue to embrace the positive effects it can have on our lives as a society.

Another aspect you need to understand is the explanations behind quantum physics. While this always includes pure energy, it has allowed us to understand that the subconscious mind can create and manipulate it. In short, the energy wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for the observer.

This is an unbelievable idea but there is mounting evidence to suggest that you create your own reality by manipulating the energy which creates matter. You mind does not react and respond to reality. It is your mind that has actually created that reality.

Can you imagine if you were able to go from a 9 to 5 job making – an hour, to something that doubled your paychecks? It’s possible, but it all starts with you. Just remember to place these affirmations around your home, work, car, wallet, purse, or anywhere you will see it several times throughout the day.

The good news is it’s never too late to make a change and give you and your family the life you all deserve. We recommend having the entire family try doing it in the beginning and make it a family exercise. Fourth, an easy way to get started on remote viewing is to simply practice seeing yourself, lying there or sitting there on the bed or floor. Imagine that you are sitting in front of yourself, looking back over your shoulder at yourself. This can be difficult to do at first, but keep going; it does get easier.

After you’ve successfully seen yourself outside of your own body with these remote viewing techniques, you can begin to try more difficult exercises, such as seeing familiar places or objects within your current house or apartment, but that that are remotely located. Beginning with simple exercises and then moving on to more complex ones will help you begin to truly believe in your abilities, which will make it much easier to do more advanced remote viewing exercises as you progress.

These remote-viewing techniques can help you begin to harness this incredible ability you have, but that you may not yet use. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and you can use these remote big techniques to successfully establish yourself with this talent, so that you can use it when you need it.

Positive thinking works. The first place that it works is within ourselves. This then reflects with the way that we interact with others and apply ourselves. Think of it as a form of Karma. If we are positive we feel better and others feel better around us.

Which Is The Best Way To Lose Weight?

I have had many issues with my own weight and have tried many different weight loss programs and diets.

About two years ago I attempted to attain my ideal weight once again however this time I was eager to make sure that the result was a very positive one.

I wrote down all of the reasons I was trying to lose the excess fat. One of the items that I included on the list was about my desire to become a lot stockier with muscles and possibly even a six pack. This I believed would help my self-confidence and self-esteem which were always fairly low which may have been one of the reasons why I had a stuttering problem. I had had enough of feeling ashamed of my weight and fat belly. I wanted to walk down the street feeling proud and assured plus I also wanted to stop stuttering of course.

I used to also eat when I was stressed and I sure had a lot of worry via work which was in the external doors and DVD replication industries.

I wanted to lose weight to avoid all the health problems that being obese can cause, as people become older. I am not sure about you but I rarely see a fat person who is in their seventies or eighties. I am hoping to live until a ripe old age and enjoy my retirement.

Next on my list was about the clothes I wear. Basically I am not able to buy the clothes I really want to as they do not really suit a person of my build. I often look at other people and am impressed with their clothes but then realise that they are a lot of thinner than I am. The clothes may look impressive on them but would not look the same if I wore them.

I also wanted to lose weight in order for me to look more attractive to members of the opposite sex.

The last reason on my list was about my general level of fitness. I love playing football and was a regular in the school football team. I wrote about how I would love to regain my fitness so that I could participate in this and other sports.

Once I had written my list, I would then read it on regular occasions and it would help me to keep motivated. I am not saying it was an easy road, however I eventually managed to obtain a weight that I was happy with.
